Job Description
As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for sourcing, canvassing, and comparing prices of materials and supplies needed for our operations. Your role is vital in ensuring that the company secures the best deals while maintaining quality and reliability from suppliers.
- Coordinate regularly with encoders, purchasers, and checkers to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Coordination with Purchaser
- Work closely with the procurement team for processing and approval of orders.
- Ensure that all canvassing documents, quotations, and supplier data are complete, organized, and compliant with company procurement policies and audit requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply
- Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or canvassing.
- Familiarity with cashless payment systems for transaction processing.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills to evaluate and select vendors effectively.
- Must demonstrate integrity, honesty, and professionalism, and should never be influenced or bribed by suppliers in any form.
