· charging of Freon, and can do processing

· able to replace bearings and belts

· willing to conduct monitoring of pressures and temperatures of all AHUs

· monitoring of AHUs,

· cleaning of AHUs and cassette type airconditioners

· cleaning of cooling towers

· High school diploma, completion of an Air-conditioning training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship

· 2+ year experience as an AC techncian

· Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning.

· Good interpersonal skills in technical level

· Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces.

· Proficient with manual and power tools

· Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
