Job Title: Signage Maker / Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build signs according to specifications, using materials such as acrylic
• Read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure accuracy in design implementation.
• Cut, shape, and prepare materials according to project requirements.
• Prepare substrates for graphics, ensuring smooth and clean surfaces for application.
• Install signage on-site, following safety protocols and ensuring proper alignment, stability, and aesthetic presentation.
• Conduct quality control checks at each stage of production and installation.
• Address any on-site adjustments or issues as they arise to meet client satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working order and safe to use.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including wearing protective gear and following protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in various environments, including fully operational store, tight spaces and warehouse
• Capability to lift and carry.
• Manual dexterity and good vision for detailed electrical work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in signage maker or a similar field such as advertising.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of materials (metal, plastic, wood, vinyl) and finishing techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.
