Job Description

Executive Operations Assistant (COO’s Office)

Location: Remote (6–10 AM PST overlap required)
Type: Full-time (Independent Contractor)
Compensation: ~$3,200/month (flexible for top candidates)

About the Role

This is not a traditional assistant role. You will act as the COO’s right hand, operating across both strategy and execution to ensure the business runs efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll work across operations, supply chain, finance, and recruiting, driving projects, building systems, and enabling leadership to focus on growth and high-level strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive cross-functional projects across operations, supply chain, and procurement
  • Build and manage KPI dashboards (revenue, margins, performance metrics)
  • Support financial analysis, pricing decisions, and P&L tracking
  • Own project tracking systems and ensure deadlines and accountability
  • Manage recruiting pipelines and hiring coordination
  • Identify bottlenecks and build scalable systems and processes
  • Act as a central point of coordination across teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or project management
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial metrics
  • Experience with data analysis, dashboards, and process optimization
  • Highly organized with strong ownership and execution mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or logistics
  • Experience in F&B, CPG, or operations-heavy businesses
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, N8N)
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or working in a Chief of Staff–type role

Why Join Us

  • Work directly with the COO on high-impact, company-wide initiatives
  • Gain exposure to strategy, finance, and operations at scale
  • Own projects that directly impact growth and profitability
  • Clear path to leadership roles as the company scales

Work Setup

  • Full-time commitment as an independent contractor
  • Must overlap 6–10 AM PST (flexible beyond that)
  • Remote role
