Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Previous experience on training, assessment or people oriented work is an advantage but not required
Licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines
Experience in Psychometrics/Administering Tests, Test Development, Validation
Must be service, people and results-oriented
Must be efficient and decisive
Good management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
Knowledgeable in preparing reports and documentation
Provide detailed reports on test performance and data findings.
Has the ability to talk to different clients
Collaborate with internal team to align assessments with business, institution, academic or private patient goals
