Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax/regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal financial controls
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members
• Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate with other departments to support business goals
