Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and innovate ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages from concept to production.
- Improve existing RTD product formulations to enhance quality, taste, and shelf-life.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and relevant food regulations.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams for product scale-up and manufacturing.
- Conduct testing, documentation, and reporting of R&D activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but preference will be given to candidates with hands-on RTD beverage experience.
- Knowledge of beverage formulation, food production systems, food safety, HACCP, GMP, CPR processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- For senior-level candidates: 2–3 years of experience in RTD product development or food & beverage R&D.
