We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, technically aware, and capable of translating business needs into effective IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in IT products and services.
•Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
•Present and demonstrate IT solutions including software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
•Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
•Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
•Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions.
•Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
•Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
•Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers (c-level)
