Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential sites for acquisition.

Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with property owners.

Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.

Maintain relationships with property owners and local authorities.

Prepare and manage documentation related to site acquisition.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align site selection with project needs.

Monitor and report on acquisition progress and challenges.

Resolve any disputes or issues related to site acquisition.

Ensure timely acquisition to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.

Preferably with OOH background/Billboards, Printing, etc

Proven experience in site acquisition or real estate negotiations.

Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
