Job Description

Manages daily clerical operations, ensuring a workplace runs efficiently. They handle correspondence, scheduling, filing, and visitor reception. This role acts as the central point of contact between staff, clients, and management.

Job Requirements


  • Communication: Answer phones, route calls, and take messages. Manage and respond to emails, faxes, and mail.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule appointments. Arrange travel and accommodations when necessary.
  • Document Management: Draft, edit, and proofread letters, memos, and reports. Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Office Administration: Order and track inventory for office supplies and equipment.
  • Financial Support: Process invoices, maintain expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping.
  • Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to the appropriate person, and ensure a welcoming reception area.
