Performed data analysis and audits of commercial real-estate data from clients, to ensure clean and valid data are provisioned into the development, staging, and production servers of Enertiv. Additionally, I also performed web research for missing additional data of commercial properties for use in property-tech software. Furthermore, I also audited utility bill data (Electricity, Water, Natural Gas, Sewage) for integration with Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM).
