The work I did there was, to assist the customer promptly and professionally via chat message to resolve their concern about it such, as the delivery timeline, malfunction of products, and other basic concerns. It was a fast-paced environment, multitasking, navigation of the system, and patience always for the customer. It was only a part-time job for a month I had 2 two-week schedule of work 12 hours every night. It was enjoyable and overwhelming especially when I resolved the issue and helped the individual inquirer. The feeling of always putting your shoes on others, and building a rapport, and beneficial advice is priceless.

The company offers the opportunity to have a digital bank account for those without bank records or financial savings by lending a small credit amount. My work there included generating and consolidating reports, CRM basic maintenance, and data uploading for the AI System. I'm using frequently Microsoft Applications, especially Excel. For encoding, I love to use Excel functions such, as Vlookup, IF, Index, Match, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other basic functions. It is challenging but enjoyable at the same time. I have always deadlines on reports that need to be met and maintain the smooth flow of the operation based on my work.
